Broker, Manager and Principal

Jim is a graduate of U.C Berkeley with over 20 years experience in most of the primary aspects of commercial and residential real estate. He has earned the designations Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which are the highest certifications in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, respectively, offered by the National Association of Realtors. In addition to his sales experience, Jim has experience in property management, asset management, property rehabilitation, development, leasing and tax advantaged real estate exchanges. Corporate asset ownership and management currently include: 38,000 square feet of office and retail space, a 183 space mobile home park and approximately 35 acres of development lands valued in excess of $13,000,000.

PROPERTY AND ASSET MANAGEMENT

We presently serve Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Our management philosophy is that we best serve our client base by offering interim or long-term management of client-acquired assets. Our primary focus and expertise is in management of office space (10,000 - 50,000 sq. ft.) and rehabilitation, lease-up and sale of "troubled" assets.
