James M. Kimball
President, Corporate Broker, Asset Manager

Jim is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley with over 25 years experience in most of the primary aspects of commercial and residential real estate. He has earned the designations Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which are the highest certifications in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, respectively, offered by the National Association of Realtors. In addition to his sales experience, Jim has experience in property management, asset management, property rehabilitation, development, leasing, tax advantaged real estate exchanges, as well as in short sale and foreclosures.



Lori Bennardo
Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager

Lori Bennardo oversees daily operations of both Kimball Associates, Inc. (residential real estate) and its affiliate company Applied Property Services, Inc. (commercial real estate services), in addition to her responsibilities as Jim Kimball's Executive Assistant.

She started her real estate career with a 14 year stint at the corporate offices of Century 21 of the West, Inc., and then spent the next 11 years with the management team of Warmington Homes California, where she served as the Executive Assistant to the President. She headed up the human resource department and shaped the management responsibilities for over 93 inside and in-the-field employees.

Lori is a native Californian who grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from U.C. Berkeley. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Notary.



Charles J. Davis
Sales Manager, Buyers Agent

Charles is a Northern California native. He attended California State University - Stanislaus and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. His education has prepared him to market properties effectively as well as critically evaluate complex alternatives. He has worked in sales for over ten years and has also worked as a professional internet marketer for over 5 years. Charles utilizes his computer knowledge, marketing, graphic art, and real estate expertise to incorporate innovative concepts that better serve our sellers and buyer by helping to expedite the successful purchase or sale of their homes. Our clients are his #1 priority.



Taylor Metcalf
Tech Support, Web Design

Taylor is a Northern California native who graduated from U.C. Berkeley. He uses his technical expertise and love of problem solving to assist with various day-to-day operations and computer related issues. These include website design and maintenance, advertisement design, network troubleshooting, social networking, and general assistance.
